Aaron Tshibola, born on 2 January 1995 (age 31), is a DR Congo midfielder now with Kilmarnock. A commanding 6ft 3in (1.91m), he has generally operated in central midfield, where his size and mobility have been the obvious parts of the package.
His early career was shaped by loan football, the usual hardening process for a young midfielder trying to turn promise into proper senior habits. Those spells gave him first-team minutes before his career began to spread across several clubs and leagues.
Kilmarnock has been a recurring stop for Tshibola. His most productive league season came there in 2020-21, when he scored three goals in 31 appearances. That is not a gaudy return, but it was a solid body of work in a demanding midfield role.
In 2025-26, he made 10 league appearances for Levadiakos before moving back into the Kilmarnock picture, where he added 14 league appearances wearing squad number 36. He has also remained involved internationally, making three World Cup qualifying appearances for DR Congo this season.
His current market value is around £298,000, according to Transfermarkt. Tshibola’s career has been that of an established professional midfielder: developed through loans, tested across different clubs, and still active at a useful level with Kilmarnock and DR Congo.
