Aleksandar Pavlovic, born on 3 May 2004 (age 22), is a Germany international defensive midfielder whose senior career has been shaped almost entirely at Bayern Munich. There is not much need to pad it out with a grand tour of elsewhere: Bayern is where he has come through, stayed, and become a first-team player.
Across three Bundesliga seasons he has made 64 league appearances and scored six league goals for Bayern. His most productive league campaign has been 2025–26, with 24 appearances and three goals, which says enough about his continuing place in the side without pretending he is yet one of the club’s old certainties.
His 2025–26 work has also stretched beyond the league. He has made 14 Champions League appearances, scoring once, and 38 appearances in all competitions for Bayern, with four goals. He has also been involved internationally, making four World Cup qualifying appearances for Germany, while his wider season includes five Club World Cup outings.
His market value is around £42.5m, according to Transfermarkt. For now, Pavlovic is best understood as a developing but established Bayern midfielder: already trusted often, still with plenty of career ahead of him.
