Angelo Stiller, born on 4 April 2001 (age 25), is a German central defensive midfielder for Stuttgart, where he wears the number six shirt and remains a regular first-team presence in 2025-26.
His senior league breakthrough came with 1899 Hoffenheim, and his most productive Bundesliga season there was 2021-22, when he scored two goals in 26 appearances. It was a useful enough platform: steady minutes, some end product, and no great need to pretend he was something he was not.
At Stuttgart, Stiller has become a consistent part of the side. In 2025-26 he has made 34 Bundesliga appearances, scoring two goals, along with one DFL-Supercup outing and 11 appearances in the Europa League. Across all competitions for Stuttgart that season, he has played 46 times and scored two goals.
He has also been involved with Germany this season, making one appearance in European World Cup qualifying. His current market value is around £38.5m, according to Transfermarkt.
Stiller’s career so far has been built through regular Bundesliga football with Hoffenheim and Stuttgart, with his present role at Stuttgart keeping him firmly relevant at club level and on the edge of the national picture.
