Assan Ouedraogo, born on 9 May 2006 (age 20), is a German centre-midfielder with a commanding 6ft 4in (1.92m) frame. His senior career has been shaped almost entirely at RB Leipzig, where he has made 22 league appearances and scored four goals across two seasons.
The 2025–26 campaign has been his most productive so far. He has made 19 Bundesliga appearances for Leipzig and scored four times, a respectable return for a young midfielder still working his way into a settled senior role. His current market value is around £8.5m, according to Transfermarkt.
Ouedraogo remains at an early stage, but Leipzig is plainly the main reference point in his career to date. The profile is simple enough: a tall German midfielder, already getting meaningful Bundesliga minutes, with room still to prove how much substance sits behind the promise.
