Badredine Bouanani, born on 8 December 2004 (age 21), is an Algerian right winger now with Rangers, where he wears the No. 26 shirt. His market value is around £10m, according to Transfermarkt.
His senior career has so far run mainly through Nice. Across four seasons there, he made 54 league appearances and scored three league goals, with 2024-25 his most productive campaign: three goals in 26 league matches. That spell remains the clearest body of work in his career, rather than a footnote before the move elsewhere.
At Rangers in 2026-27, Bouanani has made six league appearances and scored one league goal, along with two League Cup appearances. His total for the club stands at eight appearances and one goal across all competitions.
Bouanani remains a developing player, but not an unknown one. Nice gave him his main platform, and Rangers are now the next stage of a career still being shaped.
