Bailey Rice, born on 4 October 2006 (age 19), is a Scottish central defensive midfielder now with Kilmarnock. His career to this point has been shaped largely by Rangers, which is doing a fair bit of work for a spell of 10 league appearances across three seasons.
Rice broke through at Rangers as a teenager, making his first league appearance in 2022-23 and gradually adding to his senior experience there. He was also part of a League Cup-winning squad during that period, the one honour so far attached to his senior career.
He has since moved on to Kilmarnock, where he wears squad number 49. In 2026-27, he has made five league appearances and three more in the League Cup, giving him eight appearances in all competitions for the club.
For now, Rice’s profile remains that of a young Scottish midfielder whose early professional grounding came at Rangers, with Kilmarnock offering the next stage of his senior development.
