Bailey Rice, born on 4 October 2006 (age 19), is a Scottish defensive midfielder now with Kilmarnock. His senior career to this point has been shaped largely by Rangers, where he made 10 league appearances across three seasons – not exactly a sprawling body of work, but enough to make Ibrox the central entry on his record so far.
Rice’s first league appearance for Rangers came in 2022-23, and his spell there also brought a League Cup win. The minutes were limited, but the association is clear: whatever comes next, his early professional identity was formed on that side of Glasgow.
He has since moved on to Kilmarnock, where he wears squad number 49. In 2026-27 he has made one league appearance and three more in the League Cup, giving him four appearances in total for the club.
Rice remains at the stage where the career is still being built rather than judged. For now, it is a Rangers-shaped beginning followed by a fresh chance at Kilmarnock.
