Brandon Mechele, born on 28 January 1993 (age 33), is a Belgian central defender whose senior career has been shaped overwhelmingly at Club Brugge. A commanding 6ft 3in (1.90m) presence, he wears the number 44 and has a current market value of around £2.5m, according to Transfermarkt.
