Conor McMenamin was born on the 24th of August in 1995, hailing from Northern Ireland. He currently serves as a forward, mainly utilised in the position of a right winger for Scottish Premiership outfit St Mirren. Standing at an imposing height of 6ft (1.83m), and sporting a well-built frame of 11st 2lb (71kg), McMenamin adorns the club's coveted number 10 jersey.
McMenamin's professional career kicked off in July 2012 when he joined Linfield in Northern Ireland's Premiership. During his debut season, 2012-2013, he made four first team appearances in league matches. He continued this run with three appearances in the 2013-2014 season.
In a twist of turn, in July of 2015, McMenamin swapped Linfield for another Northern Irish Premiership side, Glentoran. His time with Glentoran marked a step up in terms of involvement, where he clocked up 17 appearances and scored his debut goal during the 2015-2016 season. His performance continued to dazzle as he notched up an impressive ten goals from 28 first team appearances in the 2022-2023 season.
However, in July 2016, another transfer awaited McMenamin, this time to Warrenpoint Town in the First Division in Northern Ireland. Here, he recorded 21 first team appearances and stacked up five goals during the 2017-2018 season.
Flush with goal-scoring experience, Cliftonville, a team competing in the Northern Irish Premiership, picked up McMenamin for an undisclosed fee in July 2018. A few years later, he returned to his former team, Glentoran, in January 2021, also for an undisclosed fee. With Glentoran, he replicated his stellar performances from his first run with the club.
Yet, his journey wasn't done. In July 2023, McMenamin took a leap to St Mirren in the Scottish Premiership, at a transfer fee of around £130k. At St Mirren, during his inaugural season 2023-2024, he netted just the one goal from 27 appearances. In the following season, however, his form saw a strong upward tick — four goals from eleven appearances. He continues to ply his trade for St Mirren, looking forward to the 2025-2026 season.
McMenamin's impact was equally felt in the cup competitions, as seen in the League Cup 2025-2026 for St Mirren, where he made two starts and one substitute appearance.
