Erik Ring, born in Sweden on 24 April 2002 (age 24), is a left winger whose senior career has been shaped mainly by AIK. He came through with the Stockholm club and built his base there, making 50 league appearances across four seasons. That remains the substantial part of his CV, even if it was not where he found his best scoring return.
The useful detour came at Helsingborgs IF in 2023, where he had his most productive league campaign, scoring six goals in 29 appearances. For a wide player still trying to turn first-team minutes into something firmer, that season gave his career a bit of shape beyond the AIK connection.
