George Stanger (born 15 August 2000, age 26) is a New Zealand central defender with Kilmarnock. A tall defender at 6ft 3in (1.91m), he wears number 14 and is valued at around £170,000 by Transfermarkt.
His most productive league season came with Alloa Athletic in 2022-23, when he scored three goals in 25 appearances. That was the spell where his threat at set-pieces showed up most clearly, without needing to pretend he was some free-scoring centre-half.
