Gonçalo Ramos, born 20 June 2001 (age 25), is a Portuguese striker with AC Milan. His clearest early marker came at Benfica in 2022-23, when he scored 19 league goals in 30 appearances – the sort of return that tends to remove any mystery about a centre-forward’s job description.
Now at Milan, Ramos remains part of the first-team picture in 2026-27. He has made 12 appearances in all competitions, scoring three goals, with 10 of those outings and two goals coming in Serie A. He has also scored once in two Europa League appearances.
His international season has carried weight as well. Ramos has featured for Portugal in the World Cup, World Cup qualifiers and the Nations League, scoring across those competitions, including three goals in four Nations League appearances.
His current market value is around £25.5m, according to Transfermarkt. At this stage, his career is that of a proven Portuguese striker who has moved from a prolific Benfica season into regular use at Milan and continued involvement with his national side.
