Jacob Hödl, born on 31 January 2007 (age 19), is an Austrian centre midfielder whose early senior career has been shaped almost entirely inside the Sturm Graz system.
His most productive league season came with Sturm Graz II in 2024-25, when he scored three times in 20 appearances. That spell gave him regular football rather than just a squad number, which tends to matter more than the usual youth-team noise.
At Sturm Graz, he has made 40 league appearances across three seasons, scoring twice. In 2026-27, he has been involved in 11 first-team matches across all competitions, including six Bundesliga appearances, four in Champions League qualifying and one in the Europa League.
Hödl’s career remains firmly tied to Sturm Graz for now: a young Austrian midfielder moving from development football into senior minutes at the club where his professional record has been built.
