James Wilson, born on 6th March 2003 in Scotland, is an up-and-coming football player who primarily operates in the forward position, predominantly as a striker. Presently, he is plying his trade for Tottenham Hotspur. He stands at 5ft 10in (1.78m) and tips the scale at 11st (70kg). In addition to his club career, Wilson has had the honour of representing the Scotland national team.

In July 2021, Wilson relocated north to join Hearts, competing in the Scottish Premiership. His contributions in his inaugural 2023 - 2024 season were rather limited, only making two first team appearances in league matches. However, in the subsequent 2024 - 2025 season at Hearts, Wilson found his footing, racking up 24 first team appearances and netting five goals in league matches. As of the current season (2025 - 2026), Wilson has already made six first team appearances in league matches.
Wilson's performances did not go unnoticed. In February 2026, he made the transition from Hearts to Tottenham Hotspur, signing on a loan deal to play in the English Premier League. However, as of now, he still has yet to make a first team appearance for Tottenham.
On the international stage, Wilson's services were enlisted for the Nations League 2024 - 2025, during which he made one appearance as a substitute for Scotland.
