Javi Galán

Javi Galán of Celta Vigo was born in Badajoz, Spain on 19 November 1994 (age 31).

Javi Galán, born on 19 November 1994 (age 31), is a Spanish left-back with Celta Vigo. He wears the number 22 shirt and has built his career as a straightforward wide defender rather than a headline act.

His most productive league season came with Córdoba in 2016-17, when he scored twice in 16 appearances. That remains the clearest attacking return in a career shaped more by regular work down the left than by end-product.

In 2026-27, Galán has made eight LaLiga appearances for Celta Vigo, along with one in the Europa League. His career has been a solid Spanish one: Córdoba as an important early staging post, Celta as his current club, and left-back as his settled position.
