Jayden Richardson, born on the fourth day of September in the year 2000 (making him 24 years old), is a stalwart of football's defender line, brandishing his considerable skills primarily as a right back for St Mirren. A strapping lad, Richardson stands at a towering 6 feet (or 1.84m) and tips the scales at 11st 11lb (roughly 75kg). At St Mirren, Richardson has made the number 2 jersey his own.

Rewinding the clock to July of 2017, it was then Richardson was taken onboard as a trainee and took his first leaps and bounds into the Premier League with Nottingham Forest. His debut season of 2021 - 2022 saw him break into the first team, earning two league match appearances under his belt at Nottingham Forest.
His chariot then wheeled him towards a brief spell at Exeter City on loan in August 2019; the lease expiring come June of 2020 which saw him head back to Nottingham Forest. Here he cinched another two first team league appearances in the season of 2021 - 2022.
The following year in September, his career path made a detour with a transfer to Forest Green Rovers on loan. Only to ride back to Nottingham in June 2021 where he again flaunted his abilities at Nottingham Forest with two first team appearances in league matches.
December of 2021 marked a switch in scene to Notts County, again, on a loan spell. An undulated journey saw him then move across the border in July 2022, to the Scottish Premiership with Aberdeen for an undisclosed fee. Here he boasts a tally of 19 first team league appearances in the season of 2022 - 2023.
Richardson then went back south for a loan at Stockport County in July 2023 and later at Colchester United in January 2024. But he was lured back to the colder climes of Aberdeen in June 2024, ending his loan spell. However, he did etch some noteworthy performances for Aberdeen, making 19 appearances during the 2022 - 2023 season.
Then came a stint at Boreham Wood in September 2024 before another journey northwards, this time landing at St Mirren in the Scottish Premiership in July 2025.
For the 2025 - 2026 season, Richardson is set to don the St Mirren colours. Already making waves in the League Cup for St Mirren, scoring two goals in three starts and one appearance as a substitute.
