Juan Miranda (born 19 January 2000, age 26) is a Spanish left-back with Bologna, valued at around £13m by Transfermarkt. His early senior development included loan football, the sort of practical education that tends to matter for a young full-back more than tidy promise on a CV.
His most productive league season came at Real Betis in 2022-23, when he scored three goals in 21 appearances. That was a useful return from left-back rather than anything to get carried away with, but it showed he could offer more than safe circulation and basic defending.
Miranda is now at Bologna. In 2026-27, his involvement has included one Serie A appearance, two in the Supercoppa and 10 in the Europa League, giving him 13 appearances across all competitions for the club.
His career has taken him from Spanish football into Italy, with loan experience helping bridge the gap between youth promise and senior responsibility. At 26, he is an established professional left-back with a solid body of work behind him.
