Mike Eerdhuijzen, born on 13 July 2000 (age 26), is a Dutch central defender with FC Utrecht. An imposing 6ft 3in (1.91m), he wears squad number 44 and is valued at around £1.5m, according to Transfermarkt.
His most productive league season came with FC Volendam in 2021-22, when he made 22 appearances and scored once. That was the spell that gave him his clearest run of senior football before the move on to Utrecht.
At FC Utrecht in 2026-27, Eerdhuijzen has made eight appearances across all competitions: two in the Eredivisie, two in the European play-offs, one in the KNVB Beker and three in the Europa League. His career to date has been a straightforward Dutch path, from Volendam to Utrecht, built around regular work as a tall centre-half.
